All content on the International Child Art Foundation's (ICAF) website, including the images of artwork by child artists and all other image and text files, is property of ICAF or is licensed to ICAF. The content may be protected by copyright and other restrictions as well.

ICAF permits the copying, downloading, or other use of any protected materials only for the purposes of fair use in the manner described below, or, in the case of commercial use, with the express, written permission of ICAF.

Warranty

By downloading, printing, or otherwise using text and image files from the ICAF website, users agree and warrant that they will limit their use of such files to fair use and will comply with all other terms and conditions of this license as to not violate the rights of ICAF or any other person or entity. ICAF does not guarantee the legal use of text, images and content displayed on the website owned by third parties not affiliated with ICAF.

Fair use of the content of the ICAF website is permitted as follows:

Fair use of copyrighted material means that users who want to print, download or use image, text, or other files from the ICAF website may do so for non-commercial educational purposes or for personal use, and otherwise as defined by copyright law.

For example, the website material may be used to teach, to research or write a school paper, for criticism or commentary, and for news reporting. Users may also print out, read or post ICAF website content at home or in school. Users may do so without express, written permission from ICAF, as long as they comply with the following conditions:

The details of this type of restriction will be clearly indicated when it applies to any particular individual file, image, or text.

Commercial use of the content of the ICAF Website is restricted

For any use other than fair use, express, written permission must be obtained. Commercial use includes making or selling copies of the website for commercial gain, and including files, text, or images as part of a product or service that you create or distribute, including publication of content on other websites.

ICAF grants permission for such commercial use on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of ICAF. A licensing fee may be assessed depending on the proposed type and nature of use. Licensing fees and all proceeds go to support ICAF's mission of preparing children for a creative and cooperative future.

In some cases, express permission from other persons or entities may need to be obtained.
