It will include an international forum to discuss how sports and the arts can promote international development and understanding. This event is in conjunction with ICAF's Third Arts Olympiad (2005-2008). Mr. Adolf Ogi, former president of Switzerland and Special Advisor to the UN Secretary-General on Sport for Development and Peace, will present the keynote address at the opening session. The international forum will be chaired by AAHPERD president Shirley Ann Holt/Hale and moderated by Ron Feingold, Dean of Adelphi University. Dr. Ashfaq Ishaq of ICAF is a featured speaker.
