Statement of Purpose
The International Child Art Foundation (ICAF), an independent, nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization, launched the ICAF Millennium Program in 1997 to involve children around the world in the celebration of the new millennium by creating original paintings and drawings on the theme "Me in the New Millennium". ICAF's international partners in more than 70 countries implemented the program and selected a national finalist to represent their respective countries. The Awards Ceremony will honor these finalists, who will be present at the ceremony with their parents, teachers, government officials and country ambassadors to the United States. ICAF invites corporations to sponsor a Country. The Corporation will host the country's team at its table.
