Healing Arts for Tsunami Survivors - Artwork

The artworks on this page were created by child survivors of the Asian tsunami. They express their fears, worries, hopes and daily life experiences in their art.

Healing Arts for Tsunami Survivors is an art therapy program to help the 1.5 million child survivors of the tsunami tragedy. An initial three-phase program has been developed to help the children heal and resume normal lives. Your donations and support will help the program reach as many children as possible. Encouragement Art

These artworks are a sample of the many we've received from children from around the world, to give encouragement to children in the Asian and African region. The original artworks are sent along with other donated supplies, and given to children. If you would like to send artworks, ship to "Healing Arts for Tsunami Survivors, International Child Art Foundation, 1350 Connecticut Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20036". Please also do a small fundraising drive in your school or community to help cover the costs of shipping and support our continued efforts. Every dollar you send goes a long way towards helping us reach as many children as possible.
