The ICAF serves as an umbrella organization for a worldwide network of arts organizations, cultural institutions and ministries of education which organize national Arts Olympiads and help stage the World Children's Festivals.

Country partners promote the Arts Olympiad, collect and catalogue submissions, form distinguished panels to select the national winner, organize national exhibitions and arrange funding for national winners, their parents and teachers to participate in ICAF's festivals.

Third Arts Olympiad (2005-2008) Supporting Organizations

Supporting Organizations expand the reach of the Arts Olympiad. They support Country Partners by promoting the Arts Olympiad in their local town, city and country and by encouraging participation by children from all regions and backgrounds. In countries where the ICAF does not have a Country Partner, the Supporting Organizations help increase awareness of the importance of nurturing children's creativity.
