Italy: Associazione Carpe DiemApril 20, 2005 Associazione Carpe Diem held Third Arts Olympiad press conference at the Campidoglio (State Capitol) of Rome on April 20, 2005. Attendees included: Mrs. Garavaglia, Vice Mayor of Rome; Mrs. Pantano, Commissioner for Youth Affairs of Rome; Mrs. Brandi, Commissioner for Youth Affairs of Trieste; Mr. Della Noce, Marketing Manager of Diesel Kids; Mr. Noferi, Director of RaiSat Ragazzi; Mrs. Muci, Director of Disney; Mrs. D'Amato, Dean of Sociology, University of Rome; Mrs. Giannini, Dean of Psychology, University La Sapienza. (Pictured below) April 19, 2005 Associazione Carpe Diem exhibited at the 42nd Bologna Children's Book Fair, which was held from April 13 through April 16 in the Piazza Constituzione, Bologna, Italy. The book fair is Europe's largest trade show for children's books, and is frequented by children's book writers, illustrators and publishers.
